If a return request is approved in accordance with the terms outlined in our Exchange & Return Policy, the amount will be refunded to the customer according to the following:
- The amount will be refunded using the same payment method originally used.
- If payment was made via Mada, Visa, or Mastercard, the amount will be transferred to the customer within 3 business days of approval of the return.
If any of the exchange or return conditions outlined in our policy are not met, the store reserves the right to reject the return request and refund.
